Q: How do I view a property?

A: If you find a property you like you can contact us by using the email on the (conatct page) to arrange a viewing

 

Q: Are the properties pet friendly?

A: Yes, the properties on the Bristol Hub are pet friendly (subject to assessment)

 

Q: Do I pay a deposit?

A: No, you will not have to pay a deposit or any sign up fees

 

Q: Can i still bid on Home Choice?

A: Yes, you can still bid on Home Choice

 

Q: Can We decorate the property?

A: Yes/No, some properties can be decorated but these will be on a case by case basis.

 

Q: Are the properties furnished?

A:Yes/No, proerties will be unfurnished, part furnished and fully furnished.

 

Q: Do I pay the bills?

A: Yes, you will be responsible for the bills unless the property is a "shared house"

 

Landlords

Q: Do I get direct payments?

A: Yes, your payments  can be managed by a Register Provider*

 

Q: How do you vet the tenants?

A: Tenants can be assessed on behalf of the landlords

 

Q: Do tenants have support?

A: Yes/No, some tenants will have floating support other will not.

 

Q: What regulations do i need to know about?

A: Disability Discrimination Act, Fire Saftey, Gas Safety and Descent Home Standards. These allow for the client to live in a safe secure reguilated property.

 

Q: Do i get a deposit?

A: Yes, you will get a "Paper Bond" which will be the sum of a months rent

 

Q: Will my property be managed?

A: Yes/No, this will depend on whether you require property management.

 

Q: Will the Tenants have pets, children, or smoke?

A: Yes/No, that depends on the tenants. But we will require landlords to be open to the former.
